Floors

  • Double 2x8 sidewall band with triple 2x8 marriage wall center girder, 2x8 floor joist 16” o.c., 25' wide homes.

  • Double 2x10 sidewall band with triple 2x10 marriage wall center girder, 2x10 floor joist 16” o.c., 26' or 27'4” wide homes.

  • Double 2x10 sidewall band with triple 2x10 marriage wall center girder, 2x10 floor joist 16” o.c., 29'6” wide homes.

  • Double 2x10 perimeter band with floor joist 16” o.c., on upper levels of two story homes.
